Fees

We offer personalized treatment plans to help you manage your symptoms and improve your quality of life. We accept several insurance plans. We offer an affordable self pay rate of  $200.00 for an intake and $100.00 for each follow up visit. This follow-up fee may be increased with higher acuity patients.
